THIRD PROJECT MEETING

LECCE May 23, 24 2011
MAY 23 h. 12: bus arrival in Lecce from Cupello - accommodation of foreign partners at the Hotel “Delle Palme “ (single rooms € 52; doubles rooms € 74).

h. 13: lunch (€ 18 including drinks) 		h. 15: meeting of all participants and a visit of Lecce Conservatorio

h. 16.30: guided tour of Lecce historic center - sightseeing of the most beautiful monuments (and of some local craft shops) 		h. 20: Party at the historical palace "Tamborrino", with tasting of local food and wine (€ 28 including drinks). Musical performances in the hall and courtyard. We hope to teach you to dance our most famous folk dance: “la pizzica”.
MAY 24 h. 8: Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Otranto - guided tour of Old Town

h. 12.30: Lunch at the beach “Serra Alimini”, with tasting of local food and wine (€ 20 including drinks) - you should bring a swimsuit 		h. 15.30: departure to the Capo di Leuca, along the scenic Adriatic coastline. h. 19: arrival in Gallipoli: a brief visit of the town and dinner at a local restaurant (€ 28 including drinks)

h. 24: return to the hotel (or restart to Cupello)
