on the image (web, leaflets…): ·
Imaxdi logo (Imaxdi will provide ITCL a logo on vectorial mode) ·
Ibernex logo (Ibernex will provide ITCL a logo on vectorial mode) ·
Esenior changes in the address of the web (will provide new address) ·
Public documentation must
have logos of the NCP 7.- Presentation of
the web site of the project. The general image of the web page was accepted
though some changes were proposed: ·
Remove the Forum ·
Increase the resolution of
the images and the size of the images that can be uploaded ·
Include logos of the NCP ·
Prepare it for 5
languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Gallego. ·
All of the organizations
will provide us with the name of the people that will have to access the web page
to give them passwords and users names. ·
Place on the folders one
for the markets studies so all the organizations can upload what they find
related to the project that could be of use. Previously the information
should be given by mail. ·
Initial folders and
documents will be place in the repository. ·
If the privet part of the
web becomes very difficult for the users a manual should be made. ·
The web will be place on
the privet part before is completely uploaded so the translations and
corrections to the web by the different partners, can be made. 8.- Suggestions: ·
Create a leaflet for the
dissemination of the projects (Initially ITCL but all the partners will
translate it to their languages. ·
Create a PPT template
(ITCL) ·
Create some images of the
device for the presentations (ITCL) |

9.- Tasks: ·
Coss will send a production sheets to help on the final reports. ·
Eseniors will send a document to fill in the diffusion actions by all the
partners. ·
Ibernex will send a report to study the demand of information in order to be prepare. Imaxdi
will send the codification of documents to be studied for this project. 10.- Next meeting will take place in Ancona the 15/02/2012 after the wp2 has been done. 11.- Others ·
The planning is agreed,
WP2 starts by eseniors and coss. ·
Final user is design in
people in their early stages of loss memory diseases and people between 60-85 . ·
Importance should be given
to the exit plan, the business plan, the diffusion
plan. |
