Discussion dedicated to STIMULATE
Pilots:
Talk with Eva, Janine and Elsa on the
pilots’ evolution. Janine will send to Estelle the brochure and the pilot in
the Cevennes and a document presenting its pilot. Estelle agrees with Janine to
call her later on to talk more deeply about the pilot in the Cevennes.
·
WPsStatus
WP3: the back office of the platform and the
mobile application are the latest steps.
About the Del 4.3 STIMULATE Pilot
report and recommendation document, Estelle tells to Damien that E-Seniors
would like to have feedback from the coordinators on the plan sent during the
summer and one week ago. Estelle distributes the plan of the Del 4.3 to the
partners present at the meeting and they make some remarks that Ariane
integrates in the document. Estelle will send back the Del 4.3 plan updated to Djamel and Damien asking them feedback. E-seniors will wait
for validation of the plan in order to distribute the different tasks to all
partners.

Stimulate Exploitation plan and
detailed commercial model
Presentation
of current results and demonstration of implemented modules
o Back-End functionalities
Farid shows us the back-end office of the platform andshows
us to integrate the data. We should be able to enter the data in March. Farid explains that we will have to enter only general data
(activities, hotels and transport) and nothing relating to health. It will be
the same for the mobile application back-end office. Farid
will send us a document (for back-end office platform) to be translated by each
country.
o Mobile application
This
part is managed by Damien. He will send us soon the format in order to begin
entering the data. The mobile application is only used for “on the go”.
The
contacts can not be added directly from the cellphone (problem of data
protection) but we could give this data while filling the profile. As the mobile application is not useful
if it is only for the contacts, it should focus also for S.O.S / emergency and
online tool like assurance.
o Back Office Platform
Regarding the back office of the platform to be
filled by travel agencies and professionals: will be ready for testing and
accessible at the beginning of April (the 5th) and we will have to send our
feedbacks before the 12nd of April. Monday 25th of February, TUDOR will send
the data template to be filled before the 4th of March.

Pilot Discussions
o Feedback workshop
EURAG
and E-Seniors gave feedback and everyone talked about it. It is interesting to
notice the different approach from Austrian seniors and French seniors.
Austrian seem more receptive to the STIMULATE project and ICT in general
whereas French are more negative. That is why E-Seniors insisted on the fact
that they need real prototypes for the pilots in order to get relevant
feedback.
About
the size of the police, the seniors can pus on Ctrl+ in order to augment the
size.
About the log in: the best is to let people to
visit the site and ask them to identify themselves only once they find a travel
offer suitable for them.
o Planning of test phase in different places (France,
Austria)
Farid and Damien told us that the prototypes may be
available a little bit later than scheduled: in May and no April. E-Seniors
said that it would be a real problem because ESE can not test STIMULATE project
without real prototypes and they can not organize the
Giverny visit during the summer. Farid
and Damien said that they will do their best to have the prototypes available
in April and ESE will try to organize Giverny visit
one week later.
Damien
suggests realizing the first pilot with Austria because seniors seem more
flexible. It is us true but it is not the same kind of pilot (France: group /
Austria: individual).
o Steps, scheduling, infrastructure (devices, etc.)
Damien
and Farid explained what can of support (PC, tablet
and smartphone) must be used and/or purchased.
Characteristics of the hard/soft to buy:
- Exploitation System: Android 4.0
- Minimum Ipad 2
- 3G access (at least)
- The tablet should have a phone tool (Samsung)
ESE will buy 5 tablets and 5 smartphones.
DMMR and AFC will have 10 seniors with one
couple. They need 9 tablets and smartphones. TUDOR will lend a smartphone, also
CYB and AFC. Estelle will talk with Monique to see if it is possible that
E-Seniors lend tablets or smartphones.
About the pilot in the Cevennes, AFC and DMMR
propose a package « tout compris » for
which each participant pay500€.
