On the Norrkoping meeting
of the Project the following subjects were treated: 1.
ADMINISTRATIVE
MATTERS AND DISSEMINATION EVENTS For the
administrative matters the project partners review the next steps which will
be the Annual Progress review of 2013 the National Project Review of 2013 and
the Final Report in 2014. The project for
asking a delay has started, in 2 weeks from the ending of the AAL Forum, a
list of Deliverables with the actual status and the prevision for the DOW2
will be sent for approval, if the approval is given the DOW will be change
accordingly and sent to the commission for further approval. There was pinpoint
the fact that there were some Approval of deliverables missing and was asked
a bigger rigor within the approval process. Considering the
Dissemination. It was highlighted
the fact that some of the preview dissemination actions had to be still
covered. It was required a Newsletter from the end-users and one newsletter
from the technical partners. These articles will
be sent by the partners to other technical magazines in order to publish at
least one article each (IBERNEX; IMAXDI and ITCL) in the next 4 months. ITCL will invite
all the NACODEAL partners to the created LinkedIn group to start a discussion
group for the next project steps. Next project
meeting will take place in Feb. in Paris or Italy at the time the tests start
so the technicians are able to see the first steps and train the conductors
of the trials. IBERNEX and COOSS
explained the different dissemination actuations that will be performed for
the presentation of NACODEAL at the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. A presentation of
COOSS intervention in the AAL FORUM was done to all the project partners in
order to give the possible comments to the presentation. A video of the
trials with the tablet done in ANCONA was shown. 2. TECHNICAL OVERVIEW WP3 A presentation of
the actual status of WP3 was given, a change has been made with relation with
the creation of the house map, and new opportunities with the use of Kinet
were tested and included in the program. WP4 A question about
the possible ethical problems that could appear in case of theft or lost of
the tablet if the users information is not coded was made and the possible
solutions to be evaluated were as follow: - When you report
the disappearance / theft , disable the user account on the server, so that
the application could not connect to the server and retrieve user details . - If the
application marked as disabled once it connects to the server, it would give
the order to erase all user data. - If the
application does not connect to the server again (having been uninstalled by
the wrongdoer ) , for data that are already locally on the tablet for having
previously downloaded , I will check that Android offers encryption
mechanisms (right now I do not remember exactly , but that it provides functionalities
for both the database to user data ) the final solution will be explained in
the D4.3. WP5 The new version of
the prototype was explained to the project partners, the size of the DCPAR
had been reduce and the end-users agreed that this size could be used for the
initial trials by the users, the quality of the image was proved and good
enough for the partners. 4 more units will
be developed by December when the Software of the DCPAR becomes integrated
with the prototype. There is still a
requirement from ITCL to IBERNEX to deliver the protocols of communication so
ITCL is able to finish with the integration of the software on the prototype. WP6 The deliverables
created during the performance of wp6. Regarding the state of art study
performed , the project partners decided to include a deeper study of the
SOTA in Europe and in Spain. Regarding the
static contents and the dynamic contents that were also explained during the
meeting, the project partners asked for a deeper description of the contents
related to the different state of mental health of the potential users,
providing an analysis of the dynamic test base on these studies. WP8 The planning for
the testing was explained by Cooss and Eseniors but due to the delay in the
development of the devices it will be initially changed. The availability of
a limited number of devices also forces some changes in the planning. It was studied the
best way to perform the tests and it was indicated as shown in the following
graphic:
A model of a technical
validation plan will be sent by ITCL in order to study the possibility of
using it during the project. WP9 The final Draft of
D. 9.1. will be sent and a future
review after the best test will be done with the results. |
