delivered a PP presentation about
the project IDEA – C

Eprojectconsult
explained the concept of the logo (file in attachment)
·
All
partners presentedtheir institution (PP, video)
·
The
almost part of partners delivered the contract
and received 1 copy back signed from the Mayor of GeraciSiculo). The other
partner will send it during this week.
·
Dissemination rules:
1.
The
partners will use its already existing tools and channels of dissemination;
2.
Hash
tag of the project is #ideac;
3. They will include in the google doc

required in the excel file annex3 operative program in attachment);

They
will share at the end of the project a file (“info template en” in attachment) that will stay
online for at least 6 months after the end of the project).

It
was started an open discussion about the NATIONAL WORKSHOPS to be implemented:
It was agreed
among the partners:
1) Duration;
2) Target: each partner organization will involve the target
group with who it already works (e.g. students of the university, young people
or senior people for NGOs, internal staff, etc.);
3) Pictures: each partner will send 10 picture about the
workshop;
4) Workshop description: workshop
rules(in attachment);
5) Implementation: in the excel file (Idea C Annex 3 operative program) the dates for
implementation of the workshop in each country are already planned. Partners
should inform the coordinator in the case they would like to change the month
when they are supposed to implement the workshop;

Web
platform: a tool for internal communication and dissemination was
introduced by ZwiazekStowarzyszen MULTIKULTURA. Due to some technical problems,
it was not possible to get more information about how the platform works.
MULTIKULTURA will send to each partner a file containing technical information
related to the use of the platform. Each partner is welcome to provide
suggestions and recommendations to MULTIKULTURA.

The
meeting was opened with Greetings of the Mayor of Geraci S.

Each
partner introduced itself describing the concept of democracy in its country

experts (ViktoriaHristovafrom
Znam I Moga+ Prof. Vincenzo Antonelli from the Luiss University
of Rome) delivered a session about European citizenship. The contents of the
slides will be uploaded on the platform.

Future international meetings:

2. Due to
some organizational problems faced by the German partner M2C, partners will be
soon informed about the exact dates of the International meeting in Bremen
(they could change after approval of the EC);
3. Eprojectconsult
will keep the contact with the participants attending to the meeting and will
forward the information to the hosting partners.
4. The
Municipality of GeraciSiculo will send the promotional material to the
organization that will host the second international meeting (roll up, pens,
forlders, block notes).
