FCIGL Report – Reşita, 6th
of May 2014
The Final meeting for the FCIGL project that
took place in Reşita on the 6th of May 2014 was a great chance
to discover the greenest part of Romania and to make a 360 degree experience:
we learnt about the culture, the traditions, the natural environment and also
the school system of the country.
The project meeting itself was very interesting
because the teachers of Collegiul Technic of Reşita – who organized the
meeting - made us visit their professional high school and explained the
difficulties that this kind of schools have in finding new students.
The Romanian partners also organized visits to
the most important landmarks of the region, such as the major lakes near Reşiţa,
the Museum of Locomotives and the German village of Garana, where we had the
opportunity to taste local products. We also visited the Museum of the
Revolution in Timişoara where we learnt about one of the most important
event of the Rumanian contemporary history.
