• Welcoming and Introductions; each partner to introduce its organization. Housekeeping. Review of the agenda.
• Discuss our expectations for the process and impact of the project
• Discuss and distribute tasks

• Review workplan and set forthcoming meeting dates

Group Lunch At the Hotel

PM – Cultural trip to the old town (attendance is optional) and then free time to visit the town

19:00 Meet for dinner

9:00 Meet at the hotel conference room for the meeting to commence
