Talk
about the pilot.
WPO Management & Administration (TUD)
- realize the
strategic management
- composed of (at
least) one representative per partner
- meeting
every 6 months
- develop and
continuously update the project strategy
- define actions
plans to prevent and face risks
- evaluate the
strategy efficiency (through appropriate indicators)
- time
lag for T 1.4 & T 4.1 could have an impact on WP2 (development)
- dissemination
issues and coordination
Dissemination: at AAL
Summit, AAL Forum, in each partner country.
Ozge suggests the
Istanbul Meeting IFA.
Djamel wants more
concrete work than paper work.
2nd
steering committee in Vienna in December.
Advisory committee
should be organized by each country and Djamel should be invited.
Ozge said to Djamel
that TUD should provide a strategic plan that everyone must follow.
During
the AAL Forum 2012?
Physical
review with at leas one representative per partner.
“… will
assess the project progress concerning the deliverables and milestones” (from
AAL procedures)
Very important main
actions:
-
Preparation with each WP leader for the
presentations
-
Deliverables – quality of the documentation
-
Demonstrations?
We need to prepare it
from now.
WPL should discuss to
TL.
Each WPL must go for
its presentation.
D
1.1 and D 1.2 done.
Templates will be
circulated.
Review of each
deliverable must be provided.
We must assign one person
responsible for reading a deliverable in which he did not participate.
Djamel asks to Ozge
her ideas about the demonstration. She talks about slides on scenario making
links with the interfaces. HKU would choose the scenario. They are talking
about a video. Guy talks about a video of DMMR that already exits. The duration
is maximum 3/4 minutes. Djamel talks about a technical demonstration and talks
about profiles, software solution. There is a talk about the questionnaire; we
do not understand the sense of it. Maybe there is a communication problem to
understand what the point is.
Paper from TUDOR/CYB
(AAL Summit):
-
All partners will be reflected in the slides
that will be presented.
-
Slides will be circulated on Monday for
reaction from you side.
-
Heidi will present the paper on June 28th
at 12.am.
Paper from
ESE/HKU/TUD/CYB
-
E-Seniors will prepare the presentation with
the collaboration of the other partners and will present it.
Djamel asks for
dissemination report from each partner. It is important because it helps to
feel public reaction and acceptation of the project.
Plan for field study –
guideline must be done. By who? Tools will be the
same. TUD will write it and E-Seniors will add ethical aspect that will be read
by Ozge.
Ethical study must
also be done.
Advisory meeting :
We need to have one
representant by country (“ministère”, organization, “conseil general” or “regional”,
“prescripteur”)
AFC: Carli Monti (« ministère de l’handicap »)
E-Seniors must find
someone who will play a feedback role. National Contact Point
for example, ANR. Contact Martine
and Guy who have many contacts.
Invitation like
workshop with companies and competitor organizations (coordination and
visibility on a half-day)
On what outlet
STIMULATE can succeed? Importance of the prescription.
Consortium meetings :
- next with HKU :
Eindhoven or Utrecht
- then in Vienne in December
- on March in Luxembourg
- in spring in the Cevennes
Less physical meetings on next year
– more oriented on the pilots.
