DAY 1:

General:

New DoW officially accepted.

FARA needs access to the BSCW.

TTR (Phil) takes notes.

Project Management, WP5:

All current deliverables accepted in February

Ongoing tasks: T5.1, T5.2, T5.3.

D1.6.2 : from May to July (or later) because need of D31.1.1

D3.1.1 : from March 2013 to July 2013: Univie needs to reply to Janne (VTT). Holidays in Finland are in July, so maybe Citruna & Fara 1 VTT need to speak with Alfonso. So move it to August 2013 with enough background to do D1.6.2. Stefan will send Janne’s work (task spreadsheet sent the 31^st of May) via BSCW.

Post-Andago DoW adopted by the consortium

PHONE to use: we will be back to it. ESE has Galaxy SIII.ESE will list about what seniors didn’t like. OS: S3 is 4.1 and it is not robust so better is 4.2.

Risk table, Kieran wanted us to review it:

WP1:

Tecn is working on scenarios.

WP2 (VTT):

About 4 months late. Waiting for D1.6.1 (architecture) which was the basis for WP2. Meeting in Finland in February 2013.

Status of work: telematics data in Vienna, San Sebastian & Helsinki. Vienna : trying to schedule a phone meeting with the person managing the data.

UI : Stefan will build a level 2 mockup (for both mobile & web client)

Next steps: Responsibilities are mostly defined, first iteration if interfaces, from mockups to working prototypes.

Implementation of the real application.

Need to continue: feedback about the spreadsheet task (only for technical partners).

We should buy a professional Skype account: Wolfgang will send details of his ownership and Stefan will start videoconferencing.

Possibility to share Skype account? Stefan will try hangout (google) and if it doesn’t work, he will buy a corporate account.

David will replace Kieran for telecos, Stefan will take care of replacement in mailing list.

Next teleco: first week of July. Wolfgang will be in China so need to be plan of afternoon in Europe (evening in China).

WP3:

Pilots & prototype phase will be conducted in Finland. All the rest will be held in France.

WP4:

Dissemination plan & activities report for concept phase. Any new from AAL.

UNIVIE wrote a journal paper about ASSISTANT, Stefan will put it on the BSCW and it will become THE paper about ASSISTANT. UNIVIE is waiting for the acceptance of it. When they’ll know, they will send it to TTR.

ASSISTANT needs a powerpoint presentation: Phillip will put one on the BSCW.

Dissemination plan needs to be updates.

We need to think about articles we could write for the newsletter in September (200 to 600 words) = we all agree that twice a year we write an article. Target audience: contact list + any person in a conference (you give the leaflet, you give the latest newsletter)

Target:

· 3 conferences: done!

· Publish at least 5 articles: 3 so far

· ASSISTANT is now featured in 5 external for a with European reach

ESE has to send articles from the newsletter to TTR (& all dissemination material).

ESE will probably have to go to San Sebastian & Helsinki with TTR to supervise field testing.

UNIVIE: discussion with VOR (transport company) = Vienna has to open its data so data will be available in September

Technical committee

Pay attention to the word that we are using (e.g. GPS). Stefan & Jayden will make phoning to see people’s reaction regarding the technology.

Next challenge: accessibility issues for bus stops

DAY 2:

Con: 2 applications (one for Vienna, one for Helsinki) and not 1 to which you can say “I am in a different city”

Need to work with someone that is not used to computers and this kind of issues to find suitable names for functions.

IDE used is Eclipse.

Need to find a solution to support the user when the vehicle is arriving in a multi-bus stop.

Problem with GPS accuracy in urban environment.

About phones: VTT prefers Galaxy SIV. Discussion about buying devices with the money of contracting. Should maybe go with the cheapest one, reasonable model is enough, do not need the top = S3. Now just need phone to develop the app => VTT will buy some SIV from their own budget.
