Dissemination idea: Futur en Seine festival in Paris: to be discussed and decided later

D8.3: going through the pilot plan

·        A small paragraph about the NACODEAL services should be added in the chapter 3.

·        COOS March: it would be interesting to use the same methods to compare the results, ESE could propose a table also to present the final recommendations

·        Final tests with end-users, an addition activity was to organize a focus group (in the Phase 1) with professionals and experts what has been done in Italy. In a small village the Focus Groups was needed to prepare the participants.

·        According to the WP2; we should underline that the two pilots are complementary: for instance small and big cities, difference of background, etc.

·        Focus on the outcome of the pilots (and not to the pilot activities) so that the validation results would be valuable: recommendation for the functionality and usability č all the information should be used to arrive for this conclusion.

·        For each part of the system, what is the end-user partners’ point of view as a specialist: is it close to the market and to give some recommendations

·        All the activities carried out during the pilots can be added in the annexes.

·        Expectations of WP2 should be better related in the D8.3: comparison to the WP2 requirements: a table: a specification for each function

D9.2 Exploitation plan (Ibernex)

Name of the deliverable: Exploitation agreement - Some parts of the deliverable are common

2.1: Potential stakeholders

Insurance companies, for instance – are they alright? If not, we can remove and add new ones. čCheck ESE!

·        ITCL: this report does not correspond to the report that should be given for the EC, it should be much more detailed and study the markets for the prototype of the NACODEAL system

·        After the changes the users proposed in the D8.3, the report should say that this would be the target market for the product and at this market, the product could be sold at this price.

·        NACODEAL-solution: Product with some supporting services on the market

·        Ibernex: the exploitation plan cannot be written in a detailed manner as the product is not ready and the target market cannot be clearly defined č ITCL does not agree: the market could be studied for the NACODEAL prototypes

·        Support needed in the Canvas Model: Imaxdi will help.

·        6.1.2: Will be done by Imaxdi

·        6.1.4: Ibernex will do

·        ESE’s opinion is welcomed
